Carrerada Real de los Roncaleses

Definition:
It is about 115 km long, and goes on following the oldest cattle routes
that link the Pyrenees with the Bárdenas Reales.
Route:
In Navarra it begins in Puerto
de Lazar, goes down to Vidangoz, Las Coronas and the monastery of Leyre.
From here on, it goes on to Javier, Sangüenza, Zarkastelu, Virgen
del Yugo and Las Bárdenas to Navillas. In Sangüenza, it links
with the GR 65; in El Xabier, with the GR 21; and in Peña, with
the GR 1.
