It includes the description of this route, a proposal divided in three sections (Vallirana-Sant Ponç, Sant Ponç-fountain of Flandes and fountain of Flandes- Font Freda (fountain) -GR 6-). Each section is complemented with a map and a profile of grounds.

It also includes an essay about the vegetation of the area and a geological scheme of the route.
