It includes the description of this route and its variants PR-C 40-1 (Cingles dels Munts -GR 2-, Masgrau and Tavèrnoles) and PR-C 40-2 (Llom de Casserres, Parador de Sau and Les Tallades -GR 2-).

It includes a profile of the grounds and an annexus with the map of the route. There is a short essay about the region of Osona with several sections about the natural medium (the climate, the vegetation), the population, the economical activities, the communications, the commerce and the art. There also references about the cave of Les Grioteres, with a big number of drawings that reproduce several materials found there.
