Review of the guide

It includes the description of the GR 1 from Sant Martí d'Empúries to Pont de Montanyana, and the variant GR 1-4, from L'Hostal Roig to Mont-rebei.
The routes have been divided into sections that can be made in one day (between 15 and 25 km). The beginning and end of each section are in places where the walker can lead with any transport (train, bus, car...). Each section has its own card with: a map (section of an ICC map scale 1:50.000, with the route marked), description of the route (with distances in time and km, as well as coordinates of the reference points), and profile of slopes.
Before the description, there are four general maps and the following sections: safety in the mountain, general advices, basic rules of behavior in the countryside, use of the guide, and marks.
The section of general information has a card of each of the different villages by which the route goes on (interesting data, telephones, etc). There's another section about churches, and a summary about the Congost de Mont-rebei.
Because of the thickness of the guide, it has been blinded with an spiral system in order to be able to fold the pages without damaging the book.
