GR 1 Sendero Histórico
The route in Euskadi goes on as follows: Santa Cruz de Campezo, Bernedo, Lagrán, Peñacerrada, Arminón, Fontecha, Espejo de Fontecha, Bóveda de Valdegobía, Puerto de la Horca and Bóveda. The most important places of this route are the forests in Sierra de Codés and Sierra de Toloño, as well as several other places.

GR 9 Cañada Real de las Provincias
This route in Euskadi is 32 km long. Its route goes on as following: Uli, Gastelu, Tolosa, Bentaundi, Albizcur, Santutxo, Bidegoain, Iturburu, Errezil and Azpeitia.

GR 11 Sendero Pirenaico
This route is quite short (about 30 km), and begins and ends in Hondarribia. The route goes to Cabo de Híger, Hondarribia, Irún and col of San Antón.

GR 12 Sendero de Euskalherria
This section is about 70 km long, and its route goes on as follows: Puerto de Etxegarate, Lizarrusti, San Adrián, Mugarriluze, Puerto de Arlaban, Rasos de Albina and Puerto de Kruzeta. It coincides with the GR 121 in several places, and in Lizarrusti the GR 12 connects with the GR 20.

GR 20 Vuelta a Aralar
This route is about 45 km and goes as follows: Amezqueta, Larraitz, Zaldibia, hermitage of Itxurrene, Ataún, Ergoiena, Arrondoa, Aia and Lizarrusti. There is one variant, the GR 20-1, that goes from Urkillarga to Puerto de Lizarrusti.

GR 21 Camino Ignaciano
This route is about 45 km long and goes on as follows: Collado de Zárate, Altzo, Albiztur, Bidegoian, Baizama, Urrestilla and Loiola. It connects with the GR 121 (Vuelta a Guipúzcoa), the GR 34 (Ruta Donostia-Arantzazu) and the GR 35 (Camino de Trashumancia de la Costa).

GR 25 Vuelta a la Llanada Alavesa
The Llanada Alavesa is a big extensions of planes or lands with a soft unevenness surrounded by the mountains of Vitoria, Iturrieta, the mountain rages of Entzia, Elguea, the massif of Gorbea and the mountain rages of Arrato and Badai. The GR 25 goes by the foot of those mountain rages. The GR 25 is a circular route of about 180 km. It can begin in Nanclares de la Oca, and it goes on by Berrosteguieta, Ullibarri Olleros, Gauna, Opakua, Eguino, Zalduondo, Barria, Elgea, Landa, Leguitano, Etxagen, Letona, Huerto Arriba and, again, to Nanclares de la Oca.

GR 34 Donostia - Arantzazu
The GR 34 goes on by ancestral routes (11th century) that crosses Guipuzcoa from north to south. This path was once used to seasonal cattle migration. In Arantzazu, there is a mixture of mountain and peregrinal misticism that surrounds the visitor. It is about 75 km long. The most significative points are: Donostia, Usurbil, Ormaztegui, Arantzazu, Zerain and Arantzazu (GR 35, GR 21 and GR 65-2).

GR 35 Camino de la Trashumància
It connects the areas used by shepherds during the summer (Sierra de Aralar) and the winter areas, nearby the coast. Its route is about 50 km long. Its most significative points are: Puerto de Lizarrusti, Uidui, Jentillarri, Akapulko, Zaldibia, Arama, Itsasondo, Berostegui, Santa Marina de Arguisain, Santa Agueda, Iturburu, Zelatun, Komisolatza, Etumeta, Santa Engratzia and Aizarna. There is one variant, the GR 35-1, that goes from Zelatun to Urdaneta by Benta Iturriotz and Pagoetea.

GR 38 Ruta del Vino y del Pescado
This route begins in La Rioja Alavesa and goes on by old paths that once were used to transport wine. The GR 38 crosses Alaba from south to north. It enters into Vizcaya and goes on until the sea villages of Ondárroa, Lekeitio and Bernedo.It is about 105 km long. The most interesting points of it are: Oyón, Laguardia, Lagran, Albaina, Loquina, Santuri de Nuestra Señora de Estibaliz, Mendibil, Legutiano and Otxandio.

GR 98 Vuelta a la Reserva de la Biosfera de Urdaibai
In the marsh of Urdaibai, the visitor can find thousands of birds. That's why the UNESCO declared this marsh as a Reservation of the Biosphere in 1984. The visitor can also find beautiful beaches, sea villages, etc, until s/he arrives to Gernika, the symbolic capital of the Basque people. It is a circular route of about 120 km long. The referent points of this route are: Gernika, Kanala, Arboliz, Astorkigana, Autzagane, Bº San Llambante, Bermeo and Kerniña. It has one variant, the GR 98-1, that goes up to Katillotxu.

GR 99 Sendero del Ebro
This route has not been defined yet, but it will go as close as possible of the river Ebro.

GR 120 Ruta de los Tres Templos
It allows the visit of three of the most significative monuments in Guipuzcoa: the sanctuary of Loyola, the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de La Antigua and the sanctuary of Arantzazu. They are all placed in really beautiful places and they represent three clearly different architectonical styles. The route is about 44 km long and also goes by Azpeitia, Loyola, col of Pegotxeta, the hermitage of La Antigua, Zumarraga, Santa Marina, Brikola, Biozkornia and Arantzazu.

GR 121 Vuelta a Guipuzcoa
The GR 121 is a circular route that surrounds the region of Guipuzcoa. It has 285 km of length, and links the seashore with the mountains sited in the interior part of the region. The route is the following: San Sebastián, Zarautz, Eibar, Puerto de Kampazar, Otzuarte, Puerto de Arlaban, Arbarrain, Lizarrusti, Illarrazu, Arano, Arritxulegi, Irun and, again, San Sebastián. This GR 121 has four variants: the GR 121-1 goes to the Puerto de Otzuarte; the GR 121-2 goes to Arano; the GR 121-3 goes to Arno; and the GR 121-4 goes to Urbía.

GR 123 Vuelta a Vizcaya
This footpath surrounds the neighbouring regions of Vizcaya. In its interior part, the route allows the walker to visit the mountains of Durangaldea, the massif of Gorbeja and the mountains of Karrantza (those three places are protected). In the sea coast, the most important place to visit is the Ría de Urdaibai, a Reservation of the Biosphere. The route begins in Bilbao, and goes on to the west to Balmaseda, Orozco, Otxandio, Ermua, Ondarroa and, by the coast, it goes back to Bilbao. This GR 123 has two variants: the GR 123-2 surrounds Urdaibai, and the GR 123-3 goes into the marshes of the river Oka.

GR 229 Ruta Mikeldi
Recorrido circular por la comarca de Durangaldea (Duranguesado) de 86 km. de longitud, en 5 etapas, que discurre por parajes del Parque Natural d'Urkiola. Itinerario: Durango, Atxondo, Berriz, Garai, Amorebieta Etxano y Durango.
