This refuge was payed by subscription of the Catalan mountaineers, what later on became the CCR of the FEEC.

Road from Llavorsí toÀreu and track (11 km) to the bridge of La Molinassa.

From Àreu 3:30 h; from Baiau 2:00 h; from Baborte 3:00 h; from Boavi 6:00 h; from Broate (by the river Sotllo) 8:00 h; and from the Pinet lake 7:00 h.
