It was built and habilitated by ICONA, and it belongs to the village of
Montellà-Martinet, who gave it to the FEEC in order to commemorate
the 100th anniversary of the Catalan mountaineering. It was built next
to the ruins of the old refuge Cèsar August Torras, that belonged
to the CEC.
Road from Martinet to Montellà and track (13 km) to the refuge.
