Road from La Vaqueira to the Pla de Beret and 7 km track until the refuge. Track from Aós d'Ísil to Montgarri.

From Salardú 3:00 h; from Pla de Beret 1:30 h; from Aós d'Ísil 5:30 h; from Airoto 3:45 h; from El Fornet 4:00 h; and from Liat 7:00 h.
